2003 Tattersalls Select Yearling Sale -- Session 3 highlights

Lexington, KY - The third of three sessions of the Tattersalls Select Yearling Sale on Thursday night. The final session will begin at 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, featuring the consignment from Walnut Hall Ltd.

Speeden, a son of Balanced Image consigned by Walnut Hall Stock Farm of Lexington, sold for $67,000 to Harold Lunde of Campbellsville, Ontario. He colt is from the Speedy Crown mare Mitey Speedy [4, 1:58.4].

Two sons of SJ's Photo brought $52,000. Corleone Kosmos, consigned by Kosmos Horse Breeders of Littlestown, PA, went to Arthur Rudolph of Bohemia, NY. Trainer Don Swick of Royal Palm Beach, FL, signed the ticket for Photodynamic, who was consigned by Peninsula Farm, acting as agent for itself and the Arden Homestead Stable. Both colts are eligible in Pennsylvania.
