Restive Hanover tops sale; gross up 30%
Meadowlands, NJ - Breeders Crown
champion Restive Hanover topped the Tattersalls July Mixed sale
at The Meadowlands on Sunday, July 17th. Brent Tartar of
Maineville, Ohio purchased the filly outright for $240,000. Nick
Andreoli of Ballston Spa, NY purchased Brad's Gold for $57,000
and Greg Pistochini of Auburn, CA was very active the entire
afternoon, purchasing seven horses for the California circuit.
The gross sales jumped 30% over
last year's venue to $1,707,300 while the average rose 5% to
$12,934. Next up, Tattersalls will conduct the very popular
Winter Mixed Sale at The Meadowlands on Monday, January 16,
2006.
